Doghouse D&D: Training Day
Saddle up, pups. It’s Training Day at the Doghouse!
This beginner-friendly afternoon is designed for brand-new and inexperienced players who want to learn how to play Dungeons & Dragons using the 2024 ruleset in a welcoming, low-pressure environment.
We’ll help our newest adventurers learn the basics of D&D, including how the game works, what all those dice are for, how to make and read a character sheet, and what to expect when you sit down at the table. Then you’ll get a chance to put those new tricks to use and start adventuring with the pack.
No previous D&D experience is required. If you’ve always wanted to play but didn’t know where to start, this is your chance to learn.
Tickets are just $5. A portion helps our hardworking Dungeon Masters continue their noble and completely necessary quest to buy even more dice they definitely do not need, and $1 from every ticket goes to support local animal shelters.
Snacks, soft drinks, and adult beverages will also be available for purchase throughout the event.
New players are puppies here, and every good adventurer has to learn a few tricks.
